Alexandra Pohl
Founder & CEO, TetraHomes
Alexandra Pohl is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TetraHomes. She founded the firm to bring institutional-quality operations, capital, and stewardship to the manufactured housing sector — the largest source of unsubsidized affordable homeownership in America.
Alexandra’s career spans investment structuring, real estate development, and portfolio company scaling across land-lease communities, RV resorts, factory-built housing, and alternative housing. She personally underwrites every community acquisition and chairs the Investment Committee.
Alexandra holds executive responsibility for capital formation, investment discipline, community operations standards, and the resident-first policies that define the platform. She lives in Dallas and travels regularly to our regional communities.
