TetraHomes maintains alternate work locations and cloud-based systems that enable remote operation of substantially all firm functions.

Data backup and recovery.

Critical data is backed up on a continuous or daily basis to geographically separate locations, with defined recovery time and recovery point objectives.

Communication.

In the event of a significant disruption, updates will be provided to investors and residents through the LP portal, the resident portal, this website, and direct communication.

Testing.

The plan is tested at least annually and updated as needed.
