Resident Bill of Rights | TetraHomes
Resident Bill of Rights.
Community standards for every TetraHomes resident.
Preamble.
Residents of TetraHomes communities are our neighbors, our customers, and the reason our platform exists. These standards apply portfolio-wide and are enforced by regional operations and firm leadership.
1. A home you can rely on.
Roads, water, sewer, electric, and shared amenities will be maintained to a documented standard. Deferred maintenance is not acceptable.
2. Transparent economics.
Rent, fees, and charges are disclosed at lease-up and shown line-by-line on every statement. No junk fees. Any rent increase is disclosed in writing with at least the notice required by state law, and never less than 60 days.
3. No predatory rent escalators.
Rent adjustments are guided by inflation and market conditions. See our Rent Escalator Policy for the standard we apply.
4. On-site management.
Every community has a community manager on site during posted hours. Maintenance is available 24/7 for emergencies.
5. Formal grievance procedure.
Every resident can escalate a concern to the regional operations team and, if needed, to firm leadership. Contact information is posted at every community office.
6. Fair housing.
TetraHomes complies with the Fair Housing Act, the ADA, and applicable state and local fair housing laws.
7. Privacy and dignity.
Resident personal information is protected and used only for legitimate operational purposes. Resident interactions are conducted with respect.
8. English and Spanish.
Resident-facing documents, portal experiences, and community meetings are available in English and Spanish.
