TetraHomes is organized as a Delaware limited partnership platform with an SEC-registered adviser in filing, audited by PwC, and represented by LePore Law Group.
Four pillars of institutional governance
Delaware LP with SEC-registered adviser
Every fund is a Delaware limited partnership. TetraHomes is the general partner; TetraHomes Advisers, LLC is the SEC-registered investment adviser (Form ADV in filing).
Big Four fund audit
All investment funds are audited annually by PwC in accordance with US GAAP and AICPA industry standards.
Fund and platform legal representation
TetraHomes is represented by LePore Law Group across fund formation, regulatory compliance, and community operations.
European whole-fund waterfall
No LP fees. 8% preferred return to LPs, then 100% GP catch-up, then 80/20 above the preferred. 30% of GP carry is held in escrow through fund term. 2% GP commit alongside LP capital.
